KELLY CARR
Lead Pastor
In 2005, Kelly was one of the founding planters of Echo Church. She and her husband, Steve, and daughter, Kaelyn, have lived in Walnut Hills ever since. You may spot her running the neighborhood sidewalks, ruminating in Eden Park, or stopping by for a local cup of coffee.
With a passion for Cincinnati and the people who dwell here, Kelly enjoyed serving Echo Church as a volunteer for years and is now honored to care for this body of believers.
For over two decades Kelly has used writing and editing to help authors and organizations shape their communication and share their stories, especially in the church realm; she was Senior Editor of The Lookout and edited curriculum and numerous books with Standard Publishing. Those experiences of creating avenues for others to both share and become shaped by God’s Word set her on a path that eventually led to ministry.
Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, Kelly studied at Cincinnati Christian University before graduating from Northern Kentucky University.
