This Is Fine—Abraham's Nations
Good morning!
Thank you, as always, for coming together once more in faith to meet as a church today, from near and far. Join us as Kelly explores a global perspective with the help of a special guest. Then, sing out with us in response and praise. Let’s dig deep together in worship, expanding our hearts and minds this morning in every way we can.
Be sure to check out announcements, our missionary update, and Echo Kids below the main video.
Finally, we’ve been continuing our tradition of taking communion together, during our weekly meetup on Zoom at 11am. Join us today and partake!
Update: There are rumors of Zoom issues this morning, if we run into that, use this Google Meet
MISSIONARY UPDATE
This morning, we'd like to update everyone on how Sam and Brittany Gill are doing in Pakistan.
In April, the Gills shared that their ministry needed to secure funds to provide rations for many families in their community. Sam and Brittany were so encouraged by the response from their request and have been able to feed many families as a result. In addition, they recently reached their financial goal for a school building project they've been working towards.
Sam and Brittany reported that Christians in Pakistan are feeling encouraged by one another at this time and have been able to find modified ways of worshiping together in spite of the spread of COVID-19. They have felt God's presence and provision throughout a crazy time such as this.
When you give to Echo Church, you join in supporting missionaries like the Gills. If you know of anyone who would like to support them directly or you'd like to learn more about their work, please let one of the staff members know and we will get you connected.
